What do I love about: Look great feel great?
This read is very rudimentary and provides a great starting point for anyone looking to look and feel great. I love that Joyce Meyer did not produce a book boggled in religion. She uses story telling to pass her points across and demonstrates to her readers that her recommendations do not need a complete overhaul of lifestyle. There are no dietary or exercise programs recommended and that makes this even better.
What do I not love about: Look great feel great?
Zilch
Who should read: Look great feel great?
Are you looking to get the basics on living healthy and feeling good? Have you every wondered how and where do I start? Have you lost motivation and slipped several times from a program? Then I recommend this book for you.
Who should not read: Look great feel great?
If you are advanced in the science of looking and feeling great you may find this book too basic. Remember that even for the most advanced readers a refresher of the basic is needed as a building block to more complicated programs.
